French Businessman Bernard Arnault is the fourth-wealthiest person in the world and the first non-American to make the list. Amancio Ortega

Spanish billionaire and businessman Amancio Ortega takes the fifth spot with an estimated net worth of $57.7 billion, aCC0rding to Business Insider. He's the founder of the fashion group Inditex which owns world-famous brands, like Zara.

Carlos Slim

The sixth-wealthiest person in the world hails from Mexico, and aCC0rding to Business Insider, he has a net worth of around $56 billion. Carlos Slim founded and currently owns a conglomerate called Grupo Carso.

Last but not least is Larry Ellison who rounds out the top 10 list with what Business Insider reports as a net worth of approximately $48.9 billion. Ellison got his start when co-founded a programming firm that eventually went on to work for the CIA. That company is known today as Oracle.
